English speaking help required in Setubal

Hi my name is Mark and I am an English man aged 64 who has cancer and am living alone.

I need someone trustworthy preferably female who speaks English with daily tasks as I am about to undergo an operation on my jaw.

I could do with some help with cleaning and occasional other tasks which might include shopping, cooking ,washing clothes basically any domestic chores I am not able to do . Hours will be as required as I do not know what condition I will be in post operation.

I hope to hear from you soon I live in Praca da Brasil to give you an idea of my location
