Travel flexible nanny/house manager (USA-Portugal)

We are a family with a 2 year old boy who go back and forth between the US and Portugal. We are looking for someone who can be our full time nanny/house manager, and travel with us (once a year to the US (Austin, TX) for three months, and possibly other locations such as other parts of Europe in the summer and Korea in the spring for a month). Travel, accommodation and food paid for by the family for outside of Portugal travels. We are mostly in Porto when we are in Portugal. Conversational English and fluent Portuguese are required & EU passport is required (for the 90 day visa waiver to enter the US).

During the months (I assume around 4 months, give or take, out of the year) where you are not travelling with us or in nanny roles in Portugal, I am going to ask this person to be the on the ground personal assistant for me in Porto to take care of things I would do if I was there (managing my apartments and doing other tasks as directed). These months should be less busy than the full time nanny roles, but the salary will stay the same.
